Daily Tech Brief Support
Support for Daily IQ listeners.
The Daily IQ Brief is designed to be easy to follow from the website, RSS feed, or podcast app. If an episode does not play, first refresh the page, confirm your browser can load audio, and then try the RSS or Spotify link from the same page.
Each brief is published as a short audio update with supporting notes. The website page is the best source of truth because it reflects the latest episode title, audio file, transcript notes, and any corrected links after publishing.
RSS, Spotify, and playback help.
Most playback issues come from cached feeds, private network filters, or an older podcast-app copy of the feed. Reopening the latest Daily IQ page gives you the newest audio URL, transcript notes, and related listening options.
If your podcast app does not show the newest episode, remove and re-add the feed, then wait a few minutes for the app to refresh. If Spotify or another directory is delayed, use the website player or RSS feed while the directory catches up.
Common checks before reporting a problem.
Try the episode in a second browser, confirm the device volume and media permissions, and check whether a company firewall, VPN, or content filter is blocking audio files. On mobile, switching from Wi-Fi to cellular can quickly reveal whether the issue is network-specific.
For RSS issues, open the feed directly in the browser. If the feed loads there but not in your app, the app is likely caching an older copy. If the feed does not load in the browser, the issue is more likely with the website, hosting, or the published audio file.
What to include when asking for help.
When you contact Satish about Daily IQ Brief support, include the episode title, the page or app where you listened, and what happened when you pressed play. That makes it easier to separate a feed issue from a browser, app, or device setting.
A useful support note includes the episode URL, the device and browser or app name, the time you tried listening, and whether the website player, RSS feed, and Spotify behaved differently. Clear details help fix publishing or playback problems without asking you to repeat the same test several times.
